In the goal setting, we were asked to list down our goals and what we could do to achieve it.
According to the Psychology professor Dr. Matthews, have concluded that a person is 42% more likely to achieve their goals when they write it down (Gardner & Albee, 2015).
Which I personally feel to be true as I have done some goal setting before, and I notice how clear the path is and what actions I must take to reach my goals. After listing it down for the school, I have personally done my own goal-setting posters that are similar to what I have written in order to remind myself everyday of what I wish to accomplish and how I will allocate my time in order to take action towards those goals.
